Day 1 (Oct 6): Arrival & Welcome in Tulsa
Guests arrive in Tulsa and are transferred to our selected accommodations. After check-in and time to settle in, we will gather for a relaxed Welcome Dinner to connect, set intentions for the week, and prepare our hearts for the experience ahead.
Day 2 (Oct 7): Conference Kickoff
Enjoy a slow morning with optional personal reflection or group devotional time. We will head to Transformation Church for conference check-in and opening sessions.
Day 3 (Oct 8): Full Conference Experience
Immerse yourself in a full day of powerful teachings, worship, and community.
Day 4 (Oct 9): Conference + Closing Night
Continue in the conference experience, culminating in a powerful closing session.
Day 5 (Oct 10): Rest, Explore + Fellowship
After an impactful few days, enjoy a slower-paced day to rest, explore Tulsa, or participate in optional group activities.
Day 6 (Oct 11): Worship + Departure
We will attend Sunday service at Transformation Church together before preparing for departure.
Following service, guests will return to accommodations, check out, and transfer to the airport.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the advance planning required for accommodations, experiences, and services, all payments made toward this trip are non-refundable. Deposits and payments secure your reservation and are used to confirm arrangements with our travel partners.
If you are unable to attend after booking, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. In certain cases, reservations may be transferred to another traveler or dates can be moved, subject to approval and any applicable change fees.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, delays, or medical emergencies.

OPTION 2: PAYMENT PLAN
To make planning your journey easier, we offer a structured payment schedule for most curated trips.
Payment Schedule
- Payment 1 (Deposit at Booking): A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your space on the trip and confirm all reservations.
- Payment 2: The second payment is due 60 days prior to the trip departure date.
- Payment 3: The remaining balance is due 40 days before departure.
All payments must be received by the listed deadlines to maintain your reservation. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of previously paid amounts according to the cancellation policy.
